How do I get involved in learning on the Leadership Online Platform?

You can pre-register for 2025 beginning January 21, or send us an email with any questions you have.

Is there a cost involved?

As the Leadership Pipeline is established, there will be a cost per module to help fund this platform. We will be launching a pricing structure that will suite our global footprint and consider the many different nations/economies we serve. Students are also required to purchase / acquire certain reading materials for the module(s) they intend to take.

How does it work?

Our mentors (leaders) will mentor those students in their area/region/ministry oversight. Teachers who are experts in their subjects volunteer their time to teach students from across the world. Please consider this when signing up, so that we have students who are ready to learn and commit to setting the time aside.

How many courses/modules can I take at a time?

You can take up to three courses/modules at a time, if your schedule allows for that.

For a LAUNCH student (TRACK A) - Who determines my learning path? And how is this worked out?

As a TRACK A student, launching a new campus, your learning path is determined after assessments are complete. You may be interviewed, quizzed, submit a resume or a combination, to determine the modules you need working towards a goal.

How is my mentor selected?

Your mentor will ideally be your leader who you work with, someone who is already your ministry developer/coach. That can be in your current area or the location/role you are headed to. We want the mentor/mentee relationship to be positive and fruitful. Characteristics that could play a part are: geographical location, role/strengths of a mentor, future path of a mentee and other determining factors.

How long does it take to complete my learning path if I am in TRACK A?

Learning paths differ in length, based on: the outcome required, the modules that need completion (after assessments), the workload and available time of a mentee.

Is this exclusively for Rhema?

Yes, this is developed by Rhema Subject Matter Experts, for Rhema, to support the vision of developing more effective leaders.

What happens after I pre-register?

We have 4 quarters every year. We will review your request, closer to the quarter start date, and you will receive additional information. See our CALENDAR tab.
