Rhema is always in need of more effective leaders to see the message of faith get out. The Rhema Leadership Pipeline, is a programme, comprising of 5 phases and associated processes to identify, evaluate, support and enable suitable candidates to be in place to influence the world.

Rhema will expand as our leaders and others around them grow, and are deployed in their areas of calling. 

We have identified, prepared and made available two different tracks of development.
