Module 1 – Leadership Foundations
[3 weeks]
This module will examine the importance of the internal life and character of a leader upon which leadership skills and responsibilities are built upon. The module will also provide the learner with a framework for spiritual growth and provide strategies for that process. An added emphasis will be strengthening the learner’s self-worth rooted in biblical truth rather than other faulty sources.

Module 2 – Self Leadership [4 weeks]
This module will help you discover more clearly how God has wired you, some of your strengths and weaknesses and also how you can better lead your life from the inside out, as a wise steward of what God has entrusted to you.

Module 3 – Leaders Developing Leaders [4 weeks]
The success of a leader is measured by their ability to develop other leaders who lead others to obtain results. This course is aimed at helping participants develop skills that will grow leaders around them.

Module 4 – Organizational Health
[5 weeks]
This module is aimed at helping participants appreciate what makes an organization healthy and what it takes to achieve health and sustainability in their own organizations.

Module 5 - The role of a Director
[5 weeks]
This module is aimed at helping the participants understand what is expected of a Rhema Director.
