RHEMA OPERATIONS
Module 1 - Organizational Administration [5 weeks]
This module provides an overview of important organizational aspects involved in setting up and running a RHEMA campus. The course will also help participants understand various standards expected of a campus within the local context.
Module 2 - Strategic Planning [6 weeks]
This module is aimed at helping participants appreciate the importance of strategic planning and to know how to develop the plan.
Module 3 - Launch [TBD Track 1 - Launch Track]
There are different ways to launch a new campus, but Rhema desires that some minimum elements should characterize a Rhema campus launch. A launch of a campus connected to a local church will be different from a launch of a stand-alone campus. This module is aimed at helping the participant understand these differences and the stages required to prepare for either.
Module 4 – Faculty [4 weeks]
This module is designed to equip the participant with knowledge on how to identify and select suitable instructors.
Module 5 - Students [5 weeks]
This module is aimed at helping participants know what a Rhema student should be, where to find them and how to identify them.
Module 6 - Reporting [3 weeks]
This module is aimed at helping the participants understand and become familiar with the different reporting requirements by Rhema.
Module 7 – Graduation [4 weeks]
This module is designed to help participants know what it takes to hold a successful graduation ceremony by Rhema standards.
